Description
FLORIDA EVERGLADES LUNAR ECLIPSE
A lunar eclipse deep in the Florida Everglades near Big Cypress Preserve. The second of four total lunar eclipses in a year. A total lunar eclipse, also known as a Blood Moon due the intense red color that washes over the moon during totality, happens when the moon is entirely covered by earth's shadow.
The red color is the reflection of all the sunrises and sunsets happening simultaneously on earth making this a truly wondrous event and an amazing sight to see no matter where you live.
