THE GREAT GARDEN SPIDER
A Tropical Orb Weaver sits in her web waiting for her first meal to arrive. If you've ever walked into a spider web at night and done the kung fu spider dance then chances are you've encountered the web of the Tropical Orb Weaver. The web of the Orb Weaver is a masterful work of art and can span more than three meters across. This variety of spider can grow quite large and is a little bit scary to look at but they are actually harmless and help to rid yards of mosquitos and other insects.
