SWING CAROUSEL DRESS REHEARSAL
The Swing Carousel at the county fair undergoes some last minute run throughs the night before the fair opens to the public. The Swing Carousel, also known as the Chair O' Planes or Swing Chairs, is a staple of carnivals and fairs across the country. The larger fairs usually have more than one (as this fair did) and there are also variants of this ride you'll see as well. This particular version of the ride is more ornate and resembles a carousel as opposed to the simpler ones with just the metal rods. They both give you pretty much the same experience except that the ones with the metal rods can usually go higher than the carousel type swing chairs.
