WALT DISNEY WORLD FIREWORKS SPECTACULAR
The New Year's Eve Fireworks Spectacular lights up the sky over the Cinderella Castle in the Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. The Walt Disney World resort is a top tourist destination and holds the key to magic for the young and young at heart. The fireworks are some of the best in the world and during the holiday season Cinderella Castle shimmers with thousands of glowing lights that are constantly changing color. This was photographed on the same night as my other work "Walt Disney World Fireworks" which looks very similar to this one. This one was photographed earlier in the show and is also cropped to minimize the view of the crowds.
My name is Mark Andrew Thomas and I'm a photographer and filmmaker currently residing in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. I grew up in Florida right next to the Everglades and although I photograph a wide variety of subjects and locations, the Florida Everglades will always be my first love.
