A photograph of a busy Friday night in Times Square as cars wait for a green light. Colorful, vibrant, hectic, and amazing are just some of the descriptive words that come to mind when describing this amazing center of New York City. The "miniature effect' is created through the use of a Tilt Shift lens which brings focus to the main subject of the image by blurring out distracting elements.
My name is Mark Andrew Thomas and I'm a photographer and filmmaker currently residing in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. I grew up in Florida right next to the Everglades and although I photograph a wide variety of subjects and locations, the Florida Everglades will always be my first love.
