NEW YORK CITY COFFEE HOUSE

One of many coffee houses and shops in New York City. One of the things we wanted to do while in New York City was to try the many interesting coffee houses and shops in Manhattan instead of going to the more popular chains like Starbucks and Dunkin' Donuts. It isn't that I don't like them, quite the contrary, but when in a place like New York City you have the opportunity to try places that you wouldn't be able to otherwise.

We enjoyed going to all the new and interesting places, some were a hit and some were a miss, but they all had something different and unique to offer. However, we did go to a Starbucks on Saturday night in Union Square. Nobody does Pumpkin Spice Lattes like they do ;)

My name is Mark Andrew Thomas and I'm a photographer and filmmaker currently residing in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. I grew up in Florida right next to the Everglades and although I photograph a wide variety of subjects and locations, the Florida Everglades will always be my first love.
