LIGHTING THE LIGHTHOUSE

A beautiful super moon rises above the Hillsboro Inlet Lighthouse in Florida on a breezy and cool summer night. On rare nights the surface of the ocean is calm and you can see the reflections in the water. The Hillsboro Inlet Lighthouse is one of the brightest in North America and guided tours are given once a month.

My name is Mark Andrew Thomas and I'm a photographer and filmmaker currently residing in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. I grew up in Florida right next to the Everglades and although I photograph a wide variety of subjects and locations, the Florida Everglades will always be my first love.
