JUVENILE BLACK CROWNED NIGHT HERON
A juvenile Black Crowned Night Heron sits atop it's perch at Everglades National Park in South Florida. They are found throughout most of the world except in the coldest regions. Night Herons spend most of their day in trees or hidden in foliage and do most of their hunting at night.
