"COLORADO STAR TRAILS"

Star trails spin above the mountains of Pike National Forest, CO above a mountainside campsite. This took about an hour and a half to capture using over 100 timed exposures of 25 seconds each. A group of people camping on the mountainside solved my lighting dilemma as throughout the night the fire dimmed and then flared up illuminating the surrounding woods whenever they would stoke the campfire. I couldn't have asked for better lighting!
